This is how I would cut together the intros for the episodes. The client wanted me to take 3 or 4 interesting/funny/controversial snippets to tease the content later on. I re-edited their opening music each episode so that it ended in a musical way

In this clip the audio from the guest was quite poor quality. Cyclist records 99% of their interviews remotely.

Here you can see how I’ve improved the guest and hosts audio, but also chopped out any dead air and umms and eehhs.

This clip is the raw recording from the shoot. I record this one on location, and the location has very much been chosen to look good on video!

And this is how I deliver the audio to the video editor, with background noise and the majority of the reverb removed
